They don’t care about their patients, the only care about how to charge you more. I have three kids my oldest is 15 and I have never ever experienced a Pediatric’s facility so unprofessional. And if you ask where the chargers are coming from they get defensive.

WARNING TO PARENTS!!! My son went for a yearly visit at Coker Pediatrics and my Dad asked about one question about his allergies & would they be refilling a prescription. Because that ONE question was asked, they charged me a $113, 15 MINUTE OFFICE VISIT on TOP of the billing of $185 for the annual visit. Then, they had been holding overpayments since 2019 & instead of sending me my money back, they applied it to the “bill”. The healthcare system is a joke and all about money. I am so shocked and upset that an office I’ve been going to for 10yrs didn’t say anything or warn of the potential costs of asking them a question!!!!

*These women literally saved my life!!! * My daughter is a patient here and they have been nothing but wonderful , informative and kind with her. On our last visit I had multiple severe seizures and stopped breathing. They were so attentive to myself, grandmother and daughter during this, saving my life. They did more by far in the 30 mins before the Ambulance arrived than the EMT or ER provided HANDS DOWN. my family is certain I wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for their active participation! We are forever grateful to this amazing group of women! They genuinely saved a life last Fri. Thank you from all our family!!!!!

We love Coker Pediatrics. The staff are friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable. Every scheduled visit we have, we have an excellent experience. And whenever we call because my daughter is sick, they always fit us in. It is greatly appreciated and can’t recommend them enough.

15 years ago this office was a 5 star office. Unfortunately, I can't say that anymore. The past five years this office has gotten about money and not the children's health. It's a great office if you're going there for a checkup on a healthy child but do not bring them there if they actually need a doctor. Your child is not important, your child is a pay check. Thank God for CHOA for being there when Dr. Coker wasn't.
