Cohen Children's Northwell Health Physician Partners General Pediatrics at Kew Gardens Hills

The doctors here are very good, but the front desk staff is extremely irresponsible. My baby was supposed to receive her 2-month vaccine, and nobody informed me. They didn’t give it on time, and now at 3.5 months I just found out she missed it. The front desk spends time gossiping instead of properly notifying parents about something as important as baby vaccines. This caused unnecessary stress for me and could have affected my baby’s health. Please improve communication and staff responsibility.

Have been bringing my son here for the past 3.5 years after having a terrible experience with another Doctor as a newborn. Not sure why so many negative reviews about the receptionists. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences (and we’ve had many sick visits). Bianca at the front desk is the best, we love her! She, as well as anyone else who answers the phone, is always super helpful in getting us an appointment and they are always welcoming and friendly when we walk in. Dr Jacobs is the absolute best! She’s so patient and thorough. I never feel she is rushing to get to the next patient. She always takes my concerns seriously which is something I truly cherish. We used to live close by and moved 25 mins away and still make the trip for Dr. Jacobs and team!

Long time patient-Disappointed with Front Desk Experience Despite Great Doctors We’ve been bringing our 5-year-old son to this pediatrician’s office since he was born and have always had a great experience with the doctors—they’re truly excellent. The 3-star is solely for the great doctors here and I really appreciate them. However, I’m very disappointed with how unprofessional and rude the front desk staff has become, especially since the office moved to its new location. Today, I called to schedule a priority newborn screening for our second baby who was discharged from NSHU just yesterday. The hospital pediatrician instructed us to get the screening done within 1–3 days. Despite the urgency, I was told by the front desk rep that they couldn’t accommodate my newborn today and that the

Absolutely a horrible pediatrician. This place is really unprofessional and their staff is as well. A customer service representative calls me on the day before the doctors appointment which is on a Sunday to cancel the appointment. Then when I asked to speak to a supervisor she hangs up starts playing childish games on the phone. But I recorded it all. She claims her name is Jennifer and when I asked in the beginning what was the supervisors name she non-compliant. Now she claims the supervisors name is Natalie Diaz. But I trust nothing she’s saying at this point. I will be taking this up with the governors office.

Doctor Goldstein is the best. Never had to wait for long. Great service and friendly staff
