My son has been a patient here since he was born. The doctors and medical staff are fantastic! We always had a good experience here both in well and sick visits. However I'm not exactly sure what happened within this last year but it has been extremely difficult to schedule on time. Before I used to call about a month to 6 weeks in advance to grab an appointment for a well visit, however the last I called my son was 5 weeks away from his 4th birthday and they had nothing available until three months after his birthday! His school needed an updated Medical form and current shots to stay enrolled and it had to be done before his deadline the same month of his birthday but alas, we simply could not get in any sooner. Worse customer representative Last time I called, the staff told me there were no vaccines available for newborns. Today, I called again to cancel an appointment for a family member, and the person on the phone didn’t cancel it I had to call back to confirmed . Very poor customer service.

Scheduling is always an issue. But if it wasn’t for Dr. Ashan who now left and my new favorite Dr. Weiser I would have probably taken my kids elsewhere. When Dr. Ahsan left I thought I would never find such a great partner doctor who I value and trust so much. Then my kids started seeing Dr. Weiser and she’s just as amazing. She listens, she’s patient, she’s friendly and thorough. I couldn’t have asked for a better provider for my kids.

No doubt, they have good doctors, but the management can't handle the work load I transfer ny pcp two years ago and hardly I get only one appointment in two years and they missed the 4 year shots, also if I need appointment for medical wait time is two months , they never call you for due vaccination, I mean what is point of having good doctors if you don't know how to manage the patients, very dispointed. I emd up changing my pcp.

I do have to say they get really booked and it’s hard to get an appointment sometimes, BUT the staff is great the nurses are so nice also, my kids LOVE Marie. As for Dr. Shim, he is probably the reason I keep coming here, he has such a great attitude and always stays positive. Not every doctor makes it easy to get in touch with them, but Dr. Shim gets back to me at anytime, and I think all Doctors should be like that, unfortunately in New York, doctors are not as open to becoming your friend as well as your doctor because there are so many people, but in other places this is actually very normal, and I appreciate it. He is the reason I’m giving this place five stars.
