Cogburn Health & Rehab Center

My mother in law was here following a health crisis. I feel sure she would have died during the night if we had not been there to call an ambulance. None of the staff came into her room after we informed them that she was vomiting. There was 1 ratty, worn out towel and when I asked for another to clean up vomit I was told there weren’t anymore. Way understaffed, unresponsive and dangerous.

I love this place...awesome people
