Place aint been the same since miss Stacy has left the Dr can't even show up on time bunch of bs they expect there employees to show up on time might as well not open if they can't be here to take care of people the staff that help you out front is wonderful not there fault the other can't be on time

My husband went in there for pain in his back/side seen Brenda Pursley she said that it was a pulled muscle he disagreed with her and said but it doesn't feel like a pulled muscle the she popped off and said well what do you want me to do about it and he said is there some test we can do to see if it's something else she hatefully saidi guess we can do a urine test it came back and turns out she was wrong he has a bladder infection so if he wouldn't have pushed the issue she would have sent him on his way without treatment and pocketed our money very unhappy with her and would give 0 stars if that was an option

This place refuses to give me my DOT Physical that I paid $85.00 for. Now I have to go save up $100 to redo it in Oklahoma somewhere. So I can save my CDL A from getting dropped to class D. Stop going to this place they. Never to this place. They refused to refund your money back. For service not rendered Their DOT Physical license should be pulled

Hours are no better than a Dr office. And my son was very upset to overhear the receptionist ladies talking about him when he went in on his own. They said "oh he's on his mom's insurance how embarrassing for him" he is a highschool senior, how would he have a full time job with benefits??? If he heard them from where he was sitting waiting to be called to an exam room, other people did and that is unprofessional. He said he was the youngest there so everyone would know it was him. The doctor he saw was wonderful but he won't go back he'd rather drive further out if he can't get a regular appointment. The judgmental attitude like that prevents people from seeking care.

Love Urgent Care in Coffeyville, Ks. Have used them quite a few times when I couldn't get into the doctor. Very educated people, treated both me and my husband with dignity, privacy, very professional.
