I came to this hospital the day after Christmas. I have been here majority of the day and have yet to see a doctor let alone receive a room. This experience was horrible. I hope to never have an emergency and need to come here, I may not survive due to how long it takes the staff to tend to patients. I have watched patients including myself wait for hours to be admitted. The only positive thing I have to say about this hospital is that the staff are friendly and respectful. This location needs lots of improvement. If you are of COLOR DO NOT come to this hospital. They will treat you as if you are invisible and will continue to walk past you

I took my 70 year old mother that had a high fever at 12. Five hours later she is still in the waiting room. Edited: This took place on a Friday. She ended up waiting in the waiting room for six hours. Her sugar had dropped to 70 as she is a diabetic. She asked the lady at the front desk how much longer as her sugar was dropping and she said you never can tell and advised her to get crackers. She had blood work tests and X-rays, but didn’t receive any result within 6 hours so she left. Fast forward to Sunday and she almost passed on in her laundry room. JD EMTs took her to JD Hospital and within an hour she was diagnosed with flu b and Covid and given medicine.

I have to say how amazing the staff is, how amazing Dr.diamond is and anytime I’m asked “why drive 2 hrs to here” I’ll always say bc dr Diamond isn’t where I’m located lol !!!! And I have to also say the nurses I was given have been amazing very caring and the nurse who helped me through the process of delivering, going through strong contractions Mrs McKinley is very amazing very hands on , without her I truly believe I would have given up on how I planned my birth , I planned no epidural and she helped me the whole way through. When I told myself I couldn’t do it she reassured me that I could! And for all she did I absolutely LOVE HER! God placed me here at the right time with the right nurses and staff! They are all amazing nurses 💕

My grandmother showed up to this hospital with sepsis and other ailments from the nursing home she was at. I hadn’t seen her since 2019 and had no idea where she was and no way of finding her. I had googled her name and birthday for years with no luck. These people went the extra mile to find me and I was able to assist in getting her the proper end of life care with Vista Park and Affinis Hospice. She passed this week- but I will forever be grateful for the closure I was able to receive through this process. There are 2 nurses and one doctor in particular who treated my grandmother like family before they knew she had any. She wasn’t just a number- she was treated with dignity and respect. Thank you all again for bridging the gap between her and I, and I pray that God blesses you immensel

After waiting 2 hrs at the walk in clinic I was sent to the emergency room. Once there I waited one hr. Once taken back my blood was drawn along with my urine sample. Then sent back and waiting room after 2 hr they called my name said I need a chest X-ray so after that was done was sent back to waiting room. 3 hours later I could take it no longer my sugar was dropping down fast. So after almost 6 hours I left.
