I recently had an incredibly positive experience at Coborn's Pharmacy in Sauk Rapids, and I feel compelled to share it. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. The pharmacy staff greeted me with a warm smile, immediately making me feel at ease. What really stood out to me was the exceptional level of personalized care I received. The pharmacists were not only knowledgeable but also took the time to explain my medications in detail, ensuring I understood everything. For several years, I have expected meds delivered according to our previous agreement. Today, I discovered that automatic scheduled delivery is not available anymore. (How was I to know that!) A person answering the phone called me rude for asking for clarification. She said she was busy, because the policy made her job more difficult! How is that my problem? I can't move to Walgreens, my neighbors say service there is worse. I do have one option -- to move all my meds to mail order once more, I am condemned to dealing with a robot call. Don’t get all the negative reviews…looks like self entitled people. I’ve never had an issue here and when there was a discrepancy or issue with my meds they always helped me out til it was resolved. Staff has changed over the years but I have yet to have any of them be rude to me at all.

Multiple times I have went in to get a prescription filled to be told it wasn’t ready. Not the issue. The issue is coming back when they told me it would be ready only to be told it is still a 20-30 wait time. Just tell me it is going to be an hour in the first place.
