Great staff has been taking care of me for almost 20 years. Have gone above and beyond many times to get past insurance roadblocks. Are compassionate and understanding regarding the chronic conditions from my injuries and the complicated care it requires. Give every one of these folks a damn raise Coborns!
2/20 3:30 pm the woman working the drive up window was so rude. She clearly hates being there and should not work with customers.
I love this place ❤️ I picked up a prescription this afternoon and was confused about the cost. I may have been a little rude for a moment not understanding that I was getting 3 prescriptions and not one, hence the higher cost. The young man that helped is an absolute 💎 He was so incredibly patient, I was so pleasantly surprised!! You just don't find excellent customer service anymore so this encounter was so much appreciated 😊
Always friendly and helpful. It is refreshing to be treated like family, not just a customer!
Good staff. But the amount of time it takes to get a prescription filled is absolutely ridiculous. Years ago, the turn around time was phenomenal! But now it’s just unacceptable. Probably time to switch pharmacies.
