I highly recommend Coates Hearing Clinic of Clayton. They are patient and trustworthy. I have had hearing aids for 43 years and know exactly what is needed for my hearing loss. They were attentive to my questions and provided information regarding the future of hearing advancements. It is easy working with Coates Hearing Clinic.

Live handling of new hearing aid to try out for a week or so. Proper care and maintenance were discussed. Questions an concerns answered. Very caring session!

Dr McCormick was very nice. When I made the appointment I made it clear the reason was to adjust my present hearing aids with the results of the hearing test made prior at another audiology firm. I gave the lady on the phone to the model and age of my appliances. She informed me that Coates would do that. At the appointment you did not have the equipment at the Clayton location. So am extra trip has to be made.

My hearing has been in decline, so I scheduled an appointment for Hearing Aids. Dr. Molly did a complete family history and hearing test. She provided all of the information on types of hearing aids. Very professional and excellent patient care. Highly recommend Coates
