My second visit and it was better than the first. Today I was in inquiring about getting contacts and for an annual check up. From the moment you walk in everyone is so welcoming and willing to help. You get the sense that Dr. Harris will not let you leave with any un answered questions, So extremely helpful especially to someone who has very little knowledge about eye care. Then you have his lovely team who are just as attentive and caring and patient. Coastal eye care has earned another lifelong customer. Thank you Coastal eye care team!!!

I have been coming to this place for about 4-5 years. While there is a little bit of the usual upsell of "recommended" services that you'll to pay for out of pocket, I was surprised in my last visit with an ultimatum that Dr. laid on the table. It pretty much came down to either I agree to an in office procedure on that day right there and then or I will no longer be a patient of the establishment. This caught me by surprise as nothing was mentioned when setting up the appointment that I am due for such and such procedure. It's baffled me that the Dr. expected to make a decision right there and then. In addition he refused my proposal to have the procedure done in the next visit. Mind you I am not under an urgent medical need to have this procedure done. It's disappointing, to say the leas

I’ve been to other Optometrists and by far Dr Brian Harris was Fantastic. He was thorough and knowledgeable and was just a wonderful doctor and person and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for my eye needs. The staff was exceptional as well!
