Brought husband here from hospital. Most staff was sitting around on the monitors and cell phones. After asking about rehab and skilled nursing, was told many residents were there because families had placed them if they had no where else to go. They said patient to nurse ratio was 20 to 1! He was placed next to sliding glass door and not given a blanket, so he froze all night long. Asked for wipes, they don’t have them. He wasn’t given oxygen he needed. Was there 14 hours, next morning we called an ambulance and he ended up in ICU (low oxygen and blood pressure). If you love your family members, stay far away.

I was there after broken hip surgery. Everyone was so nice and caring. They really took care of me. The staff young nurses to the Latin working ladies made my stay very comfortable when I really needed patience and care. God bless them. I was actually at the rehab building not the nursing home.

My experience was mostly positive. Most staff were friendly and attentive, I was treated well. My room was clean and was cleaned often. There were a few issues with communication but they were resolved. Overall a good experience considering my need to be there.

I had a very positive experience at Coastal View Healthcare. The facility was always clean and well-maintained, and the environment felt safe and welcoming. Inga, Bethaney, Emily and Theodore were attentive, professional, and always available when needed. The entire staff went above and beyond, showing genuine compassion and skill, which I feel accelerated my recovery. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of quality post-acute care.
