Coastal Urgent Care of Bossier

My husband and I both have visited Coastal Urgent Care on Airline Dr in Bossier City, LA this last month for our first times. We highly reccommend them for their kind and caring service. The Nurse and Nurse Practioner that treated us listened to us took her time and we were check out throughly. She was able to treat us and give us meds to get us better. The Receptionist was very kind and helped us and took care of all the insurance paperwork etc and the Nurse was so sweet to help us too. I give them an A+. Thank you

Very efficient and pleasant to work with from front intake staff to seeing the nurse and doctor. Quick test and diagnosis and scripts had already been electronically sent to my pharmacy (Monami, also a 5 star) before I left which allowed me to pick them up on way home.

Wonderful experience, everyone was so nice and helpful. It didn’t take long at all before I was brought back to room. I would definitely recommend Coastal Urgent Care!

Very happy with NP Melissa. She explained everything thoroughly and took time with me without rushing. Facilita is clean. Every person I encountered was pleasant and professional.

If u can give this place double zero stars I would. I had a blister on my finger that was infected and the nurse partitioner refused to treat me. She stated If she busted the blister I would infect the whole place. When I asked her what was I supposed to do she stated put ice on it that’s all I can do for you. I stated to her I just paid $50 for you to tell me put ice on my finger that’s swollen and red. She stated to me I didn’t ask you to come here you came on your own. I stated I know that but I was told by my gynecologist to come to urgent care to receive some treatment. The nurse pat.then stated what you want some burn cream or something in a very rude manner. I stated to her yes I need something for the pain. The nurse pat jumps out of the chair told me you go head and get outta here
