Coastal Urgent Care of Baton Rouge

Let me preface by saying that I went to an urgent care a few days before this one for the same injury. I was skipped over several times, had to wait two and a half hours to be seen, was there for a total of 3+ hours, and nothing was fixed. It was a night and day difference between the two. I HATE going to any type of medical facility, but this time was fantastic. The doctor actually listened to me and explained everything in thorough detail. Not just throw a bunch of random medications at me and recommending a better doctor. They were all extremely nice from the moment I walked in, until the moment I walked out. I mean from the front desk all the way to the doctor. I felt heard. This was, by far, the best urgent care I've ever been to. I will only ever go back to this one if it's an option

Coastal Urgent Care is an excellent Urgent Care facility!!! The NP, Mrs. Conish, was very professional, polite, and very concerned with my issues. asked plenty of questions prior to giving me advice and my prescription, and her pleasant demeanor helped me carry on with my day peacefully. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the building also. I would recommend them to anyone!

Yesterday I seen the PA Ashley Mills and I have to say she was absolutely amazing. Bedside manner was phenomenal. She talked to me through everything that was going on made me feel comfortable. Made me feel like a real person and not like I was just a number that’s coming into a clinic absolutely wonderful loved her. Wish she had her own practice so that I could see her.
