My first ever tooth extraction , could not be happier!! From the moment I walked into the practice I felt more relaxed . They answered all my questions and I never felt I was being rushed. Dr. Hall is very professional and a " expert in my book". A+!!

Very unprofessional and Horrible communication. I went in and I was told they could complete my service under a specific criteria, scheduled my procedure. Then 4 days later I found out that they changed everything and never bothered to call me and explain any changes to me. It seems that nobody knows or cares what their proper office procedures are. There is NO staff to assure proper patient communications: they just change, give new excuses and manipulate the situation and rules to suit them best. Definitely not a place I trust to be put under IV sedation. If they can't simply give proper/pertinent information to the patient how could they possibly be trusted with a patients life.

Dr Hall is an excellent oral surgeon however, his staff is less than desirable. 90% could greatly benefit from patient sensitivity training. They have seemed to have forgotten that dental surgery causes an extreme amount of anxiety in pts. Additionally, sarcastic replies to any customer questions should never be acceptable in any service industry including patient care. At what point does an employees contribution become more important than the feelings of ones patients. It's important to remember that those pt's talk to other people and so on. Deanna and Coriss and are two of the most rudest individuals I've encountered in my 30 years of healthcare.

Having a first dental implant was scary, but Dr. Hall & staff were very professional, allayed my fears, and the whole process was very smooth. I heartily recommend him.

The bBEST experience I have ever had in my life dealing with anything dental!! Dr Hall is amazing & his nurses are just as awesome !! ❤️❤️❤️
