Coastal Medical Specialist

I believe malpractice is going on at both facilities, Savannah and Hinesville. I have been trying to make a payment for my previous visit (which was also a joke of a visit handled extremely unprofessionally). No one has answered or even called back after leaving messages to have them call me back. From my previous appointment, the receptionists eat and gossip at the front desk in front of the patients! So, that explains it! This is absolutely ridiculous and shame on Dr. Wumi for operating a MEDICAL facility in this manner.

Had a 8:30 pm sleep study appointment 11 April. Showed up to a dark building and locked doors. Waited an hour before called their 24 hr nurse line to try to get in contact with the nurse that’s supposed to be there. Waited another 25-30 mins and still nothing. I called the nurse line again stating I’m leaving and won’t be paying any missed appt fees. I am active duty and had to drive 45 mins from Savannah to an appt no one showed up for. I wasn’t the only patient waiting either. Definitely calling Tricare to switch providers and get this doctors office removed from the network. Complete trash. Don’t get me started on the doctors in the Savannah office that make to wait an hour and a half past your appointment time just to ask the same question the nurse(only nice lady there) asked when ta

I waited an hour and a half AFTER my appointment for no one to show up and unlock the door for a sleep study. Their "help desk" wasn't any help either. Just kept repeating they would notify the nurse and to wait for a call back. No call back and I called them twice. Set this appointment up a month ago, got two reminders a week before, and an email the day before to confirm. Showed up fifteen minutes prior and waited past the timeline. If I could give no stars, I would. While the staff on a normal day are wonderful, the night sleep study system is broken. At least have someone readily available for when patients show up or reschedule for a time when someone will be available. I didn't have a say in which clinic I could go to. But definitely not this one for a sleep study.

If you want your records from more than a year ago….good luck. I’m filing a complaint to the state board, suite, complaint with TRICARE because my records. The law is 7 years.

The sleep rooms in this clinic are extremely dirty. For a medical facility I expect it to be exceptionally clean. This needs to be addressed. The chairs are visibly stained (these should be removed or reupholstered and covered with plastic for easy sanitizing). The bed headboards were absolutely disgusting. I took pictures with white substances dried and crusted on the headboards and footboards. Why are these not sanitized daily after each patient? I would not recommend this clinic to anyone with these conditions.
