Coastal Medical Center Walk In & Primary Care

I was seen in the walk in. Both Patricia Leidy, NP and Sam Gerini, MA were fantastic. I needed a surgical clearance physical asap. I was taken back immediately and papers sent to my surgeon before I even left the office. Very efficient, kind and compassionate. Love this office. Please don’t ever let these two ladies go!! They hold that walk in together and keep it running smoothly! Thank you!!!!

Since this practice switched from Camden to Costal, I have seen Dr. Brittany Nunes and Dr. Ronnie Diem and I have never felt so heard by a primary care doctor. Brittany sat and genuinely listened to everything I go through (I have some difficult physical “stuff” I deal with) and compassionately helped me plan out my next course of treatment. I felt so comfortable with her and then when I saw Ronnie, I felt the same warmth and genuine concern from him. I feel so optimistic about being a patient at Costal. Thanks so much you guys!

I went in this morning to the Urgent Care side due to foot pain in my right foot. My copay was $75 for urgent care which is no problem. The lady who brought me back and took my BP , weight, etc was so sweet. I was then told the NP or Dr would be in very soon which she was. A heavy set lady came in, stood at the door, didn’t look at my foot at all or ask anything and told me I had to go get an xray. Didn’t do the slightest investigation to see what was wrong, didn’t look to see if it was swollen or red or check for any symptoms. I was literally seen for maybe 30 seconds after spending $75. I wont be back if it means seeing her. This is the first medical facility I’ve been to here in Delaware and quite frankly I’m worried now. I made a PCP appt with another facility. Im hoping for a better

This clinic is “second-to-none. Outstanding care, professionalism, and service. The providers are extremely knowledgeable, and take their time in listening to your concern. The providers speak with you in a clear and concise manner and never talk down to you. I highly recommend this outstanding establishment!

So this will be my first negative review for a medical urgent care facility. This place is unprofessional and uncaring for patient of my age 60. I went here for the second time this week because of not feeling well! I was given a breathing treatment and in the middle of treatment. The nurse practitioner took the tube out of the machine and gave me the tube with medication to take home because I asked for another test for rsv and the nurse practitioner got upset! Needless to say the reason why I asked is that I didn’t feel I was swiped correctly and for me I rather be safe than sorry! Today you have to be your own advocate! I was told that if I’m not feeling well or worsen go to ER. Meaning don’t come back! What a poor facility. I should have read the reviews before going there! I don’t rec
