The nurses here are caring and Dr Winston takes time to listen to our concerns and even provides updates for our daughter outside of business hours. It has been a great experience here!

I scheduled my daughter for a 10:45 appointment. We were asked to arrive at 10:30, which we did. We were not seen until after 11:15. This is a pretty typical experience at this clinic, especially with Dr. Lowen. I brought my daughter in for severe abdominal pain onset 4 days prior. Her urine was tested for a UTI, however, nothing else was done/explored. I was really expecting additional tests to be ordered; perhaps an ultra sound or X-ray to rule out any bowel obstruction or appendix concerns. Even blood work would have put my mind more at ease. I feel like her pain was brushed off as anxiety. As a licensed marriage and family therapist and having a doctoral degree in clinical psychology, I had already ruled out a mental health component. We’ve had such a pleasant experience at this office since my daughter was an infant. The staff is nice and the office is clean. All of the providers seem to really care about your concerns and answer all of your questions. I recommend Dr. White and his team to anyone in Ventura county who’s looking for a great pediatric office because they never have long wait times and also offer same day appointments.
