Coastal Kids Pediatric Dentistry

I had the best experience and would definitely recommend this dental practice over and over again! My 5-year-old son had to be seen for a severe cavity and is usually terrified of the dentist. They were able to get us in the very next day. The staff was professional, kind, and offered a treatment that was both quick and thorough! Even though my insurance is out of network and we live an hour away, I will continue to bring my child here because I know he’ll always receive the best care possible.

Whomever is saying nice things about the staff probably just knows them personally to boost reviews. Extremely unprofessional and rude, so sad coming from a pediatric practice. Trying to make an appointment terrible experience. patient intake done incorrectly and actually cancelled said apt because it was never confirmed yet they didn’t even have the parents name let alone phone number to confirm apt. then actual experience in the office with unwarranted attitude from just about every staff member, what is society coming to now a days when we uphold better customer service from a gas station attendant than a child’s dentist office?

My 7 year old daughter has been terrified to go to the dentist for the first time and today we went to the Seaford location and I just need to say- 10/10 from start to finish. The receptionist who scheduled us was kind and knowledgeable and got us in fairly quick. I was nervous that we would be there forever and to our luck, we were in and out of her first appointment ever in less than an hour! My daughter has ADHD and possibly ASD and Dr. Irving made her feel so comfortable and answered (both of our) million questions. So thankful for the experience we had here!

I feel my son get insulted by cleaning staff members twice. First time, talking about he's teeth size. Second time, talking about poor brushing habits without No stain , no plaque , no treatment needed on he's teeth. He's brushing more than twice a day . How he's having poor brushing habits ? Stopped that nonsense

I tried to called even left a voicemail with my name and phone number to be reached to schedule my sons first dental appointment per his pediatrician an never received a call back nothing… thank god for Dr Vickers and her amazing office being able to get us in but I thought I would leave a review for any other parents trying to get them seen here good luck on receiving a call back
