Coastal Kids Dental & Braces - Dorchester Road

From my very first phone call with Mary, I knew my son would be in good hands. She made us feel truly welcomed as new patients and was professional, patient, and friendly. When we arrived for his appointment, the entire staff reflected those same qualities—friendly, professional, and efficient. The experience was exactly what I had hoped for. I would highly recommend Coastal Kids!!

My kids having been going here for years and we will never change. They manage the office well, efficient with appointment times and we’re always in and out. The staff are friendly and the doctors handle and calm children so well. They make going to the dentist a delightful experience versus some places the kids are terrified. This is our provider of choice in the lowcountry!

I can’t say good enough things about them! They were so kind to my kids! They got all four of us in at once, they got T-Shirts, prizes and made us feel so comfortable! They will make you feel so good about your kids care!

Although the Google pictures are old and the waiting room looks plain and doesnt have an appeal for children, they were nice and helpful. My daughter was treated by Dr. Johnson and I can't say anything but nice things about her. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Mary, the practice manager, was awesome as well. She went over and above for jy daughters situation. I do recommend coming here.

My son had an 8:00am appointment that we were running late for, so I called to let them know. I was told to still bring him in. When I got there, I checked in & lady at the desk with the curly dark hair said I was pretty late and I told her whoever I spoke to on the phone told me to still come in. After sitting there for 15 minutes, they told me I could either wait to see if the next appointment no showed, or I could reschedule. While trying to reschedule, the same lady at the desk was a bit rude and I started to get frustrated, so instead of letting her bring me down to her level, I told her I would call back to reschedule. I typically go to the one in West Ashley and I’ve never had an issue. Everyone is also so nice and friendly. This location needs work. My family and I moved to Summerv
