I was referred here for a balance test. They told me for a month that they were waiting for an authorization from my insurance. I contacted my insurance company and they had never received the referral. When I called back and spoke to Kelly, I was calm but pointed, mainly making the point that I’ve been waiting a month when they haven’t even sent the request in. Obviously I’ve been in health distress for months at this point, but Kelly started yelling at me, saying that was in response to my aggressiveness. I think she mistook that for my assertiveness as I was trying to get this appointment scheduled so that we can diagnose the problem that I’ve been having for months. Had a 9:45am appointment, which was rescheduled by them and arrived 10 minutes early. At 10am, was told that the doctor had called in sick and they would have to reschedule my appointment. Having driven across town for this appointment and sit there 15 minutes past my scheduled time only to be told the doctor wouldn't be in today. Guess the Dr got sick right before my appointment? All these places charge you a fee if you are a no show or cancel your appt if you are late-wonder if I should charge them since they were a no show?

I had my first appointment recently on May 31,2024. I was seen by Dr. Rebecca Barrett and cannot say enough about her! She was absolutely wonderful! She was extremely professional but also very friendly and relaxed. My experience was fantastic. She answered all my questions and explained everything as she continued the exam. I feel very well cared for in her hands and can't wait to see her again soon! I totally give this practice a 10!

Awful practice! I had an appointment scheduled here a month ago. Mindy called me the day of the appointment while I was on my way there and canceled my appointment due to their internet being down. Then they never called back to reschedule I had to keep calling and when i finally got my appointment scheduled the lady told me the arrival time was 8:30 and the appointment time was 9. I got there at exactly 9 (the appointment time) due to me having to drop my children off at school. (Most practices give you a 15 minute grace period from the APPOINTMENT TIME) The lady at the front desk (Mindy) told me I had to reschedule because I should have been there at 8:30 and doesn’t know when so she’ll call me. It's odd that negative reviews that highlight Ms. Kelly's appalling customer service and disregard for patients in dire need of medical attention go unpublished. I'm relieved that I'm not the only person who has experienced Ms. Kelly's rude and disrespectful behavior. She is not qualified in her position!!!!
