Dr. Miranda and his son (who is the person you see before him that does your vitals) are the worst people in those positions I have ever seen. Both of them talk over you constantly and are very inconsiderate. The doctor actually put his hand up to my face and told me if he needed anything from me he would let me know. When we finally got back to the doctors office he actually sat down at his desk and said “so what can I do for you?”. You would think we were talking to a banker trying to get a mortgage loan. He did absolutely NOTHING for my husband, other than prescribe what we had already self prescribed as we had not seen an endocrinologist for sometime. Dr. Egbert Miranda - Unprofessional and Rude I’ve had a consistently poor experience with Dr. Egbert Miranda. He has been late for every single one of my appointments. Most recently, I had a 9:15 AM appointment but wasn’t seen until 10:45 AM. This kind of tardiness has happened too many times. Beyond the constant delays, Dr. Miranda has been incredibly rude and dismissive. He refused to let me ask questions about my health and medications, which made me feel completely unsupported in managing my condition. That’s not the kind of care anyone should expect from their doctor. The staff isn’t much better. When I mentioned the long wait, they told me in a very dismissive tone, “You can always find another endocrinologist.” I found this to be completely unprofessional and disrespectful. If y

Dr. Miranda and his staff are amazing. I love the straight forward business and how it is handled. I never leave the office wondering what to do or unknowing of my condition. I am so happy to have a doctor that is a specialist and knows his job, and all his staff do an amazing job too. Thanks Dr. Miranda and staff for finally teaching me what has been wrong with my sickness all these years and then thanks for helping me to improve my condition. I have not felt this good in a very long time.

My first visit was good i was a little nervous. it took me a little bit of back and forth for them to get me in but i finally got in on short notice but they were never roon to me. Doctor Miranda stil seems like he seems like he has to do further diagnosing on me to further determine why im unable to loose the weight but he was not rude not one bit. Very quiet and Polite. By the reviews kind of looks like we dont like to take accountability to our actions and what we put into our bodies and he will call us out for that as he should hes not there to baby us hes there to help. Im very please other than having to wear masks i'm completely satisfied

My husband had a great experience with Dr. Miranda! The doctor and his entire staff are all very friendly and knowledgable! They all take their time to answer all of our questions, explain all his treatment options, make him feel very comfortable, all while keeping him on track and helping him get his diabetes under control. I highly recommend Dr. Miranda to anyone looking for a Diabetic Specialist in South Texas!
