COASTAL DRUG PHARMACY

Excellent service in helping me get my prescription filled that was out of stock at other pharmacies. Our family is switching all of our prescriptions to Coastal. Love that they take the time to treat you like you matter. Special shout out to Jalen, who greeted me with a warm smile.

Amazing customer service! Not only did a human answer the phone after a couple of rings, but they transferred me directly to the pharmacist who was able to answer all my questions and get medication filled within the hour. They were super friendly on the phone and even though they were busy, they made time to take care of an urgent issue. We all need to do more to support local business and independently owned medical facilities are a dying breed. If we want them to stick around, we’ve got to support them! So go here for all of your Pharmacy needs!! I see online that they do a really good job with durable medical equipment too. I feel confident that if they don’t have it in stock, they will definitely work to get something for you. We were so grateful for your care yesterday!

We were down for the week and unfortunately had a need for a prescription but Coastal Drug really came though for us and I can't say how much we appreciated their kind service and support on such short notice! I know when we move down FT they will be my go to pharmacy for sure! Thanks again!

This is a great place to choose for a family pharmacy. They are always quick and more than friendly. My grandparents were customers until they relied on me to pick their meds up. The employees knew them by name and remembered exactly who I was there for every single time. When each of them passed, the team made it a point to give their condolences. I thought that was very special. I highly recommend this place.

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! Costal drug is wonderful, everyone there went above and beyond to help with a script change that was needed in a pill pack in just a few hours. Everyone their truly cares about customer relations.
