I have only had positive experiences at Coastal Drug Co. This is one top notch pharmacy! They sell nice gifts there, too. I'm thankful for the reminders to pick up my prescriptions. All of the staff provides great customer service. Any time I have questions, someone is always there to help me understand. You can always count on Miranda & Chris to give fast & friendly service.

Coastal Pharmacy has an amazing staff. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I love that they text you when prescriptions are ready. The pharmacist are all very efficient and helpful to answer any questions concerning my medications. The new building is beautiful and offers a wide range of products. They even have a lot of gift items too!

On 1-8-26 I had surgery and had to stay overnight in the hospital. The next day, my mother drove from out of town to pick me up and bring me home. On her way to Savannah, her low tire pressure light came on. We checked the tires and everything looked okay, so we figured it was just a few pounds low. We stopped to pick up my prescription, and when we came back out… the tire was completely flat. Normally I would have changed it myself, but I had literally just had surgery and physically couldn’t.
