I called the office in July to get my son an appointment for a rash that was developing around his eye. When I made the appointment, he could not be seen until late August, which is understandable because of short staffing. I verified with the receptionist the date and time of his appointment because I did not want to miss it because he needed to be seen. I took my son in for an appointment on August 25th, only to be told that his appointment had been the week before. When asked about this with the receptionist, I was given an attitude. I also asked her if the office makes reminder calls or send out text messages, her response to me was we did call. I went on to say I had no voicemail and her response to me was “that is why!” I rephrased my statement by saying I did not receive a voicemai

I've had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Devaro, and I can confidently attest that she's the best dermatologist in the Savannah area. Her straightforward approach and genuine concern for her patients' well-being are truly admirable. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Dr. Devaro to anyone seeking top-notch dermatological care.

I have seen quite a few dermatologists in Savannah over the years and had no success. Dr Davaro actually listened to me and through trial and error was able to find a medication that works well for me. I will say that she does not have a good bedside manner. At all. If you need that, she’s not going to be a good fit for you. She’s incredibly intelligent and knows what she’s doing. I left there feeling like an idiot a few times but that’s the price I’m willing to pay to be able to walk.

Appointment for a mole check with Dr. DeVaro in Nov 2021…tech literally bounced into the room questioning about acne (which we had seen her for previous and were there to discuss as well but not mentioned on phone when scheduled). Dr enters and immediately asked where the mole was, glanced at it, and asked if it bothered my child. We mentioned that it was aggravated by her glasses and she said “let’s shave it off”. The tech started writing things down and then proceeded to lower the back to the bed my child was sitting on. They quickly decided to move to another room…She wasn’t in the room 2 minutes total and they both left. The tech came back in to get my child and I told her we were not comfortable with how this was happening and the procedure had not even been discussed. I told her

I have been seeing Dr. DeVaro for years. She is by far the best! She has done everything from treating my psoriasis to surgery for a very abnormal mole. I wouldn’t trust any other Dermatologist for my care.
