Dr. Hope was awesome and alleviated all my anxieties about visiting a dentist. The staff are all warm and engaging, facilities are top notch, and they offer a plethora of billing & payment options. The best dentist on the South Strand.

Dr Bradley Tiller is a gem. My teeth have always been a problem. I moved here a year ago and asked a nurse to recommend a dentist. I had what I thought was a loose crown “or something” and it was something. Dr Tiller took time to explain everything and I was impressed with the staff and up to date facilities. Love the results and as there is always something I am happy I found a dentist I can trust and I’ll be back. I can’t say enough.

Dr. Barnes is the absolute best! I am not a lover of the dentist, but he always makes me feel comfortable and takes great care of my teeth! Highly recommend him!

Dr. Hope was wonderful and caring. She was very gentle and took care of my tooth.

We traveled from NC to meet family at N. Myrtle Beach. On day four I had a crown that abscessed. I was in agony. We traveled to four dentist offices in the Myrtle Beach area only to be turned away. We were in S. Myrtle at this point and saw Coastal Dental. They had a full schedule too but agreed to see me anyway. The office staff was very kind and compassionate. Dr. Barnes gave me good options and got me out of agony. I am forever grateful and thankful for this office.
