Coastal Dental Care-Garden Grv

I was hesitant to go here after reading some of the negative reviews, but it was the only place where I could use my HMO dental insurance. Much to my surprise, this is an excellent dental practice! I've now been here for 3 appointments and I can say with confidence that Dr. Jemma is knowledgeable and does excellent work. The whole experience was comfortable. The staff is kind, considerate, and helpful. The cost was much less than I was expecting to pay! I'm so happy with my teeth. They are clean and I have no pain or sensitivity. It really feels like I got an amazing deal. Highly recommended!

Dr. Bassir works at this office and also works at The Dental Implant Center in Huntington Beach. I've been his patient since 2009 and I have referred a few of my friends to this Garden Grove office. They have all been really happy with the service. The staff is great too.

If you need to routine teeth cleaning, the Dr will ask his dental assistant to polish your teeth only.Beware, NO tartar or plaque removal. You have to make another appointment for the hygienist in order to have your teeth cleaned the right way. If you don't ask for the hygienist, Dr. will try to save money by using the assitant to do a superficial job cleaning your teeth. Beware..

Dr. Jemma is an EXCELLENT dentist! She takes the time to LISTEN to your concerns and is very observant of your pain! Also the office is VERY AFFORDABLE compared with other dentists!

The worst dentist office ever...They are specialist to ask patients to get done unnecessary dental procedures just to charge you separately...By the way they charge $200.00 just for splashing some LISTERINE in your mouth and they claim that is not cover by insurance so you have to pay out of pocket...Their customer service is horrible. The lady in charge to contact insurance companies doesnt know what she is doing....Agrees to contact you and she never doesnt....Bottom line going to this dental is a waist of time and they will scrub your insurance.
