Coast Diagnostics

It seems like they use an outside billing company for all insurance and patient billing. I just received my second statement from this company almost 12 months after service. I’ve called them multiple times without a call back. Their offshore team is very hard to understand and didn’t seem knowledgeable about my bill. They also have very limited call center hours (7-4 mst). Pretty terrible patient experience. Patient billing shouldn’t be this complicated…..

This was an excellent experience. The lady's were so kind and personable. I suggest if you have your orders to email them over ahead of time. They took me in right away. Their office was so nice and clean also. I can't say enough good things about my experience.

Very upset with this establishment. Apparently the urgent care facility I went to used this place for the lab work. Almost two years later I get a notice from a collection agency saying I owe a just under $500. Not ONCE did this establishment contact me for any payment not covered by my insurance. They even lied to the collection agency saying they attempted to obtain payment three times which is false. I’ve lived at the same address for 12+ years and we also receive scans of all incoming mail from the post office. Absolute disgusting way to handle business and should be ashamed of themselves.

The convince of pulling up to be tested is quick and easy. No need to even get out of your car!

WARNING - If your healthcare provider sends items to this lab, you will NOT receive a bill. Instead, a year later you will receive a notice from a collection company. They do not file under their name, the collection notice says DocRX. After calling around and checking with my insurance for the date of service it is Coast Diagnostics and my insurance issued them payment.
