I have had nothing but poor experiences here. The State needs to find new place to send people. I have had the reception staff loudly tell me I was lying in front of everyone when I said I didn’t have a cough. I had to tell her having a cough and coughing once to clear your throat because I have asthma and allergies were different things. I have had them take multiple X-rays where none of them turned out. They then loudly talked about needing to send me somewhere else right outside of the room and the PA told the nurse or assistant to tell me they couldn’t get a picture and to refer me elsewhere. I told them that the PA needs to come tell me bad news herself. I have had a different male PA come into my room and start talking to me about another patients health condition. I told him he’s in

I was sad to see Dr. Hensgen go, she was absolutely amazing, but i do really like the new providers that have started. The receptionists are really nice, always so friendly and the cma's are great, I especially adore Ivy, she is so thorough, kind and compassionate.. I highly recommend Health coalitio, it has definitely inproved over the years. I have been going there for a long time, when thier location was in the Regional hospital. Got 1000 times better once Dr. Hensgen took over. She will be missed, but hope she enjoys retirement!!

So far I have only done walk ins, but every time I’v come in the staff were really nice. Do make sure if your coming in for certain things to call and see if they have someone available for what your getting but all together every doctor Iv had was super nice and cool, Iv been going here for maybe 2 years and never had problems 👍

Apparently there is a 5 minute late policy. Was never warned about it before in any email or text communications. If you're even slightly more the 5 minutes late they make you reschedule your appointment altogether. Very frustrating. Otherwise the doctors/nurses and some of the staff helpful and nice enough.

Unfortunately I have to agree with some of the other negative reviews. I have had a lot of issues over the past few years. It's really hard to get an appointment, there's almost never any decent availability. Recently I called to make an appointment and I was told that the doctors hadn't really decided their schedule for the year so they would put me on a list to get a call back within the week. No one ever called me. I called back two weeks later and they made me an appointment but never explained why that happened. Some of the front desk people are quite rude. They've been rude to me over the phone several times and I have seen them be rude to people in person at the office.
