Can't say enough great things about Dr. Choe and his staff. I had a couple visits with the previous dentist, before Dr. Choe took over. Dr. Choe and his staff fit me in, for a tooth emergency visit. I was pleasantly surprised with how caring he is, even checking on me after my appointment. I do wish he would take more time during the visit to talk, especially when anxiety has been stated. Maybe slow down a little and work on making people feel more like individuals you care for. I do trust his work. The entire staff is beyond sweet and 10/10. Everyone makes you feel comfortable, even when you're not feeling so comfortable. If you're looking for a great dentist, look no further!

This was my first time visiting this clinic. The front desk staff is extremely welcoming and warm, which immediately makes you feel comfortable. The doctor and the entire team are very friendly and professional. I went in with wisdom tooth pain and was given a same-day appointment. The tooth was extracted the same day, and once the anesthesia took effect (15-30 mins) the entire procedure was over in just about two minutes. Everything was smooth and well handled. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this clinic

I literally despise going to the dentist. I have had problems my whole life and it has created a negative connotation for me. I recently had a filling fall out and my husband recommended I try Coal Mountain Dental. Because I have neglected my teeth for so long, I have more issues than just a broken filling. The care at this office and the expertise are next level. From the office staff to the Dentist, every person is amazing. They care so deeply and never make me feel bad. They offer suggestions to help correct my problems with kindness. This is the first dental office I had ever been ok visiting. I was cold and they got me a blanket. He takes the time to listen to your concerns & makes sure you know everything, prior to any work being completed. Everyone from the ladies in the office, to all the hygienists are beyond sweet and make you feel comfortable, even when you're not feeling so comfortable. I am relatively new at this office but my experience has been very pleasant so far. I highly recommend CeCe my hygienist. My husband saw Dr Mark Chow for fillings and a crown. He also was very happy with the service.
