I needed a new prescription this month and had already run out of supplies. Fatima was excellent at sending me an emergency supply. Then worked hard to get the refill prescription from my doctor. The whole time she went above and beyond on communicating me with updates. I have been ordering supplies for decades now for my son and she is a real standout on excellence. Highly recommend.

I’ve been trying to work with this company for eight months now, and it has been an absolute train wreck. I live in a locked building, which admittedly complicates delivery, but gleaning adequate communication from them is like pulling teeth. They rarely answer their office phone, rarer still call or text ahead to coordinate delivery, or make sure I’m home, and almost never leave messages, so I can respond, and save the unknown numbers they’re using, to answer in the future. When I do manage to extract an estimated delivery time, it’s usually wrong. If I go to the effort to inform them of times and dates when I will be less available, or out of the house (which is difficult, because again, they don’t answer their phone) they invariably attempt to call or deliver during those periods. Everyone we interacted with was knowledgeable and kind, they even accommodated our tight windows of time with delivery. Thanks to their services, our daughter graduated to eat entirely on her own!

I wish it were possible to give this place zero stars! As other reviews have stated they are an absolute nightmare to deal with and now almost 5 months after my services with them have ended they are now trying to charge me over $700 and have been extremely rude on the phone when trying to fix this issue with my insurance company. I have now over the last few days spent multiple hours on the phone with my insurance trying to sort this out with them. Even my insurance rep was on the phone with them for over 30 minutes while they gave her the run around and refused to attempt to help resolve this issue. The worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure dealing with. They never once delivered the correct order. Items were always missing or not the correct amount. Delivering after 9pm multiple times forcing me to stay up late waiting for them to show up. Calls for almost every single delivery claiming they could not find my address once they arrived. Not something you want to deal with especially when you are the one sick enough to need a home nurse in the first place.
