My husband and I have both been coming here for the last few years and really enjoy the staff and atmosphere. We’re able to get appointments in windows we want and need and the staff is extremely friendly and personable. They know what they’re talking about and help walk you through and explain what’s going on whenever there needs to be any sort of work done which is really helpful! Mel and Dr. Perviaz are always friendly, efficient, and make you feel like part of the family. Plus the front office team is always kind, knowledgeable and works with you and your insurance to make sure you’re all set for appointments and procedures. If you’re in the market for a new dentist Dr Schantz is your lady! She’s professional, to the point, and takes meticulous care of her patients. She explains everything and doesn’t take shortcuts. I needed a lot of work done recently and she took good care of me. My husband, son, and myself are now patients here. The office staff make everything quick and easy. No complaints.

CNS Dental of Crstal City is an excellent choice if you are searching for a great dentist! Dr. Cara Schantz is amazing at how she combines her expertise, innovation and compassion for her patients. She is extremely knowledgeable, communicative and compassionate about her practice, creating a comfortable, trustworthy environment where she listens to your concerns and explains your treatment plan clearly. Also, she is with you from beginning to the end of your appointment for you to get a deeper understanding of your oral health.

I have a history of dentist anxiety (which also means I don't go as often as I should) and Dr. Schantz was very kind and non-judgemental. She also took her time to explain everything going on and my options. I ended up needing an extraction and implant, which they were able to schedule me for quickly. Dr. Changi was also very kind and, the day after my implant, I have surprisingly little pain. Finally, Karen at the front desk took her time to explain my insurance benefits and made sure there were no surprises with the cost. To top it all off, it's in a convenient location with free parking right nearby! Highly recommend.

CNS Dental has a great balance of professionalism and comfort. The staff are chill and laid-back, but they don’t play around when it comes to getting the job done right. Every visit feels easy and stress-free, yet you can tell they take your care seriously. Highly recommend if you want a dental office that’s friendly, efficient, and knows their stuff.
