I scheduled an appointment with a 50 min sports massage with Ruby due to pain in my shoulder. I’ve had the pain due to shoulder bursitis for 6 months. I felt it just getting worse and worse. After my appointment with her, I felt instant relief! I was in shock! And now I have been coming back every two weeks to address all my aches and pains. She’s so attentive, so knowledgeable, and just a light of a person! I highly recommend. The practice itself is just such a vibe, from the music, the offering of teas and powders, to the red light and the steam room. It’s the whole package.
