CMP Urgent Care

Had an appointment at 9:50. I was asked to come in at 9:35. After arriving and checking in, I received an alert confirmation that my appointment was scheduled for 10:15. A change they made internally while checking me in. In 1 hour of being here, only 2 people have been called back. The waiting room is very small. Front desk receptionist checking us in was coughing a lot. The staff walking around seem irritated and bored out of their minds with zero energy to do their job. 1st and last time I’d come to this place.

Horrible service. The ladies at the front desk are very rude and unprofessional. The girl that says she’s medical billing won’t verify your insurance they want you to call and then send information when that is their job. She was even rude to my insurance company on the phone. The manager Kelly is so clueless and doesn’t know what she is doing. She doesn’t even know what she is talking about. I’m sorry I’m not trying to bash ppl. I never leave comments like this but don’t come here. Worst experience ever. I asked them where can I file a complaint and they said their was no where I can file a complaint. So rude.

Walked in and out with a quickness but felt VERY taken care of. I called everywhere and was constantly told 1hr wait , or turned away. The lady with blonde curly hair greeted me with the warmest smile and made me feel very welcomed. The medical assistant was very friendly and noticed the book I was reading and gave her input. The PA Bill, was very nice. Took care of me very well. Would 100% recommend

I recently visited Dr. Klug's urgent care facility with my sick 2 year old daughter who had a fever. To say our experience was disappointing would be an understatement. Dr. Klug barely glanced at my daughter, standing by the door, and casually informed us that she had both COVID and the flu. Shockingly, he didn't bother to check her vital signs or even examine her for signs of an ear infection. It felt like he couldn't wait to rush us out the door, asking if we had any questions as if he was in a hurry to be somewhere else. Such a shame for a young looking doctor, showing a lack of empathy and professionalism. This lack of care and thoroughness is unacceptable, and I wouldn't recommend this urgent care and Dr. Klug to anyone.

Our family has seen Dr. Klug for a variety of urgent health issues and he is a professional and caring provider. He has taken time to call and follow up on how a family member is doing after more significant illness. We have been so pleased with not only his medical care, but also his concern for us as patients, that when Dr. Klug moved to the CMP Urgent Care from another location, we moved to CMP for our Urgent Care needs. The support staff has been professional and caring as well.
