CMH Willard Medical Center and Walk-In Clinic

Everyone at this clinic is very nice, caring and courteous, however, I sincerely would like to specially thank Emily Long for her care! After couple days of my visit, I received a call with my results and was told that she prescribed me antibiotics. To me, it showed that the provider truly cared!

My mom had a very serious respiratory problem and went to the er for it only to be sent out because of "a cough" and was forced to pay hundreds just for being sent out. She came here a day or 2 later, and got checked up. 2 very nice women, who remained very calm, figured out it was a severe sinus infection and did all of the things to help my mother. They made sure ahe had a good inhaler that wasn't cor oral use to make sure she was actually getting the medicine, too. They really saved my mom. She couldn't even sleep or breathe because of how bad it was. She is doing much better now! 😁

I don't like giving bad reviews. I rarely do in fact. However, I have been thinking about this for almost a week and a half and I can't stop thinking about it. Saturday evening before last, my 16 year old daughter cut her finger at work. I went and picked her up and brought her to the walk in clinic. The lady at the front desk was nice enough and she asked where the cut was. I informed her that it was on the tip of her finger. She went back and told the provider and the provider said that they would not touch it since it was a finger tip. The provider did not even look at it and they sent us on our way. It was the end of the day. I think they were open for 25 more minutes. I get them not wanting their Saturday night interrupted but when a kid is bleeding in your lobby, you should at least

First off. Doctor myer was really amazing. Unfortunately, since he left we tried to make an appointment with another doctor. We told them how old our kids were and they schedule it the day before the appointment we got a phone call saying that doctor doesn’t take over 12 years old them proceed to say they wouldn’t be able to get my kids in for 2 month…. Highly disappointed in it. The schedulers should be aware of what doctor take what patients so that way we would of had the time to find another doctor to schedule unfortunately now for my family we now have to wait 2 months because everywhere is booked up!

Erin, PA is basically one of the reasons I come here. She's is amazing. Gives it to you straight, when to go to ER and seems to genuinely care about her patients. Also, walk in and open till 8pm. Very convenient for those after hours issues your just not sure about.
