CMH Urgent Care - Warrenton

Really appreciated this urgent care. The lobby was clean and they provided masks and water, which I appreciated while trying to stay hydrated with a fever. The medical staff were kind, professional, and helpful. I was seen and out within about an hour.

I was impressed by everyone I interacted with. They were all very friendly, respectful and informative. They even have a X-ray tech on Sunday mornings and got back to me promptly on results.

CMH Urgent Care wouldn't answer their phone consistently when I had lingering questions about my treatment, of which their prescribed course could not be followed. Diagnosis effort was minimal. I am a 70 yo man, 1 year off heart bypass surgery who tested positive for covid and had serious symptoms beyond covid. I had to enter their lobby 4 times while covid positive to get a single basic question answered. I had to search and act as a go-between CMH and the (crappy) Safeway pharmacies in Astoria and Seaside who would also not answer their phones, requiring me to drive neatly 4 hours to finally get my prescription. A day from hell even if I wasn't sick!

I was deciding which U.C to visit with what I knew was an ear infection! I ended up in Warrenton and so glad I did! Best visit I have experienced in the medical field in the last few years! Tommy and Tara were attentive and respectful! Thank You 2 so much for what was not a grueling experience like I anticipated!

The MA, Tommy, was exceptional with my daughter. She’s 5 and he made her feel heard and comfortable. He listened to her symptoms and the added off topic information she included as children often do. Tommy helped her to not be scared for her throat culture by talking through everything and showing her what would be done. He was firm but compassionate when she wanted to back out of doing the culture. His demeanor made it easy for myself as well because I didn’t need to intervene to help him. He helped bring out her bravery. Tommy is easily the best MA I’ve ever seen with a pediatric patient.
