Great overall experience. Front desk check-in was helpful and efficient. The attending PA, Alejandro, was thorough, carefully explained his diagnosis and proposed care treatment, and answered all of my questions. One of the better medical appointment experience I have had in years.

Vacationing in the area and needed their services. 100% approval, quick response and a very through doctor. Thank you

I saw Dr. Vauhan McKibbin August 9 2024 for a scary sore and red eye. He was very assuring about the treatment for conjunctivitis. Sorry I don't know the name of the physician's assistant who was also efficient, friendly, & caring. Both were very concerned about my blood pressure too. The receptionist made checkin in easy. Parking was convenient. The place was spotless and efficient. The website needs to be upgraded, but otherwise the experience was at least 5 stars.

Walked in for a Covid PCR test after stepping off an airplane and before going to visit old people. (No symptoms, just being careful). I don't have insurance (from out of state). They told me it would be $120. I paid on the spot. Three days later, having heard nothing, I got a call from whatever lab they sent it to looking for another $450. Obviously they're not getting paid. I called CMH to complain about it and at least then I got to find out that the test was negative.

I had a wonderful experience at the rapid care...they young women at the desk was courteous and took all my info. The nurse wrote down how I was feeling....a heavy cough,stuffy nose, coughing hurting my ribs. She took vitals and gave me a covid test. The doctor came in we went through my symptoms, some medical issues he should know about...doctor looked a throat,felt glands listened to lungs. Once he told me I didn't have covid he talked about an upper respiratory infection and what and why he is prescribing them. I left to pick up meds with a sheet for follow up. Considering this was not my doctor and he didn't know me it was a professional experience.
