Cmb laboratory

terrible experience. First we went there lab was closed early.. sign posted said 1pm but was closed 12:20. Lab was locked up Noone inside. We went back 2 days later.We called ahead to ask a a few questions but the employee couldn't or wouldnt answer simple questions seems like she didn't want us to visit there. Since we were 5 minutes away we went there. No other patients were in lobby. We waited 3+ min the employee was in the back on a conversation on a cell phone. The employee came out and wasnt nice at all. We asked same questions but only offered to call doctor after we told her we were leaving to go to cmb location on Woodruff Ave Since we went there 2 days prior because Elm location was closed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME best go to CMB lab only 20min away at Bellflower blvd. The

Every time I come here, the staff is always late; it's like they have no sense of urgency. If it was just the one time, fine; but it's every single time I come.
