They are THIEVES! Horrible customer service. They are not professional. The worst office Iv been too. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Stay away from them. I went to do lab work and paid them in full and then got a bill from my insurance. Instead of them trying to help they kept sending me to an automated inbox and no one reached back out. When I got my labs they also were trying to get me to do other test that another doctor didn’t request. The only nice person that follows up is the lady you see at the end of your visit at the desk facing the bathroom. Never returning.

Pésima atención al cliente, fui a que atendieran a mi señora, cobraron la consulta, le recetaron antibiótico, pasaron 3 días y no han enviado la receta y dice la secretaria que las personas responsables se encuentran muy ocupadas y no responden por su trabaja. Nada recomendable, de hecho levantaré una queja formal. No pueden jugar con la salud de las personas a su conveniencia.
