CLRx Pharmacy Tampa

Have been using the pharmacy for years. Everyone is polite and helpful. The pharmacist is always available to speak with. Much better than CVS and Walgreens. They ship fast and never an issue. They file with my insurance correctly and always find co pay cards to reduce the cost and know how to file the pre authorizations. This is the best pharmacy for all your needs not just dermatological. Very happy customer.

Quack pharmacy. Was told by doctor that this pharmacy is good at getting prescription coverage for the medication I need. (I checked my insurance app and it's covered without a prior authorization but whatever). Script was sent in on a Thursday. Pharmacy called on Friday and said it would arrive on Saturday. Low and behold, it hasn't even been shipped yet. The unmitigated gall of forcing patients to wait 5+ days for necessary medical is unconscionable. They aren't open on weekends so nothing I can do. I'll probably have to miss work on Monday because as I wait for this medication, my condition is worsening. I wouldn't recommend this business to my worst enemy and certainly won't be using it again.

I reported the medicine specifically Fabior and it gave my son a bad skin reaction( redness, rash and flaky skin). my son’s acne on his face got worse when He used this product for 4 days/ once a day. I called them for a refund and told me I can’t get a refund bec. the product is open already. Of course it is open so we can test if the medicine is working or not. I can shipped that back to them to get my and they can return that to the manufacturer to get their money. “ I’m sorry , ma’am. We cannot give you your refund.” That’s$45 bucks and you get a sorry from them. Believe me they are very good in selling you their products but you can’t return it once you open it. This is moneymaking.

Please let your Dermatologist know to send your prescription/s to your regular pharmacy…This place is a joke..!! After I was promised that they could beat my regular pharmacy prices I had to wait for 2 weeks for them to run it through my insurance, which I made clear that they didn’t cover it, but was assured that with the coupon my doctor gave me I would still get it cheaper with them even without insurance…I finally get a text to contact them only to be told that they cannot help me because my insurance doesn’t cover any of the costs, which again I made clear that trying to get a PA on it was a waste of time, and they can’t apply the rebate or coupon because my insurance won’t cover any of it…so now being without the medication for two weeks I have to have it transferred to my regular

My son’s dermatologist prescribed him a new, stronger medication, since the others helped some, but not enough. Epiduo Forte would cost me anywhere from $87-$169 JUST FOR MY Copay, through our insurance, Allegiance through Cigna. MONTHLY. Here, at CLRX Tampa they found me a CASH price of fifty bucks and got it to me the next day. I love them, and am going to price some other meds that I am now questioning high copays for. CLRX RoX!! Also, that lady with the 1* review, blaming them for not refunding her money...NO pharmacy refunds your money. CVS won’t take it back, even UNopened, if you accept it. Instead of blaming the pharmacy for your kid’s reaction to the drug, take it up with the doctor who prescribed it and had NO way of knowing your kid would have a reaction. Read the
