Clovis Urgent Care

I had to come run to leave a review because I had such a great experience. I had previously brought my grandma here and the doctor treated her SO well and was extremely nice! Fast forward I sliced through the top of my finger/nail 😩😣 today, while I was cooking so I ran here! I came right before they closed and they got me in extremely quick and and straight to the back! Not only took great care of me and made me feel SO much better! All the staff were so nice! The doctor was GREAT and really nice and thorough! Great service ! Would highly recommend!

Best urgent care. I’ve been to in a long time. Don’t expect anything fancy you’re not there for the aesthetics, but if you want to be taken care of and a doctor to listen to you, this is where you’ll want to be seen. The staff is not overly friendly, but they’re super professional and extremely thorough. They actually saw my husband and I together which saved a lot of time for us. The doctor is amazing. You can tell that he’s very passionate about his work and cares for his patience. Hopefully, I won’t see any of them anytime soon but if I ever need urgent care. This will be the place I will visit. I had a really great experience at Clovis Urgent Care and wanted to leave a review because the whole team went above and beyond for me. From the moment I walked in, Crystal at the front desk was super helpful, kind, and patient while checking me in. She made the process smooth and stress free, which really set the tone for my visit. The rest of the staff was cool too, friendly, professional, and they made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. I also want to give a shout out to the billing office. Medical bills can be stressful, but the team there was really chill and understanding, which I truly appreciated. Abby in billing deserves special mention because she was very helpful, answered my questions clearly, and made the whole process feel much less overwhelming

I was diagnosed with strep throat here 1.5 weeks ago and prescribed antibiotics and steroids. After completing the full course of medication, my strep throat came back with visible white patches and severe pain when swallowing. When I called to request a refill on antibiotics, the front desk ladies Vivi & Siri refused to help unless I paid another $150 for an in-person appointment, $140 for another test, and $100+ for telehealth. They wouldn't even let me get a chance to speak to the doctor and pretty sure they didn’t relay my message to him. Siri was a bit more sassy and unprofessional than Vivi. For a facility that prescribed medication that clearly didn't work, charging me $400+ to fix their failed treatment is predatory. Do not recommend if you're on a budget or expect any follow-up c

Staff was quick and efficient. Dr Dhaliwal was kind, and polite. He listened to my concerns, and I was met with understanding and care. I was in and out in probably 40 mins or less.
