Customer Reviews
Doctors are great. We love Dr Glen, and always appreciate his kid oriented ways. The receptionist could use some people / customer service training (I’ve mentioned this before and management and they definitely got defensive, but seeing other reviews with similar input I know I’m not alone in that feedback) If they could figure out the customer facing office side, I’d recommend them to others, for sure. Update: Still love Dr Glen and his amazing help with our kiddos, Rachel at the front desk is still absolutely awful though.
We absolutely love love Dr. Glen and all the nurses. However the lady at the front desk is not friendly at all and won’t even go out of her way to say hello.
Very professional, kind staff. Dr. Dorfman is so caring and gentle. We recommend this office to everyone!
I have been attending this facility my entire life and I’m now 22. They have been wonderful through every step of my childhood. Dr Dorfman is truly amazing and I was never bummed about having to go to the doctor. I recommend cloverleaf to any parent looking for a quality place to care for their children.
While I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Dorfman and truly value the care she provides, the rest of our experience at Cloverleaf Pediatrics has been extremely frustrating. Since switching to this office a couple of years ago, we’ve dealt with constant issues — poor communication, inconsistent billing practices, and a general lack of professionalism from the front office staff. Jill, in particular, has been incredibly rude and dismissive. Even after I explained that our family is currently going through financial hardships, she showed zero empathy or willingness to work with us. For someone working at a pediatric office — where compassion should be a priority — that kind of attitude is both surprising and unacceptable. Honestly, she might be better suited to a different work environment
