Cloverdale Healthcare Center

Cloverdale is an excellent facility offering both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services. Staff have built strong relationships with all residents, resulting in positive responses from the residents. They understood residents' preferences and treated them like family. As a CNA student training here, I experienced first-hand the type of care the other staff provided and I was impressed. Great job Cloverdale Health Center, keep up the good work.

My husband was to rehab at Cloverdale Healthcare Center for 7 days, he was to receive therapy for difficulty walking after a major surgery. He is disabled and only has use of his dominant hand. After 4 days he received a 1 hour session of therapy. He was only out of bed to use the bathroom otherwise he wasn't offered to get up. He requires help with using the bathroom, yet when he requested it on his 3rd night he was told that he can do it himself, the very same day earlier he was told not to get out of bed without help (and I was not allowed to assist him or take him for a walk.) Unfortunately the nurses refusal to help caused an accident and he was left to lay in urine soaked clothing. When he spoke to the nurse about this he was told there are 27 other people there to take care of. This

It’s a beautiful facility! Super clean and always nicely maintained. I got to do my clinical training here as a CNA student and I honestly learned so much not just from the staff but the patients. You can tell everything the staff dose comes from the heart. They always makes sure to make everyone feel comfortable and included into there family at the facility. I had a super positive experience with everyone at the facility.

My father recently spent about 20 days in the Cloverdale Healthcare Center for Rehabilitation. From my perspective, as a daughter and daily visitor, I was thoroughly impressed with the care and respect with which he was treated. From the initial call to get set up, to the follow-up after discharge, I had very professional, caring and supportive individuals shepherd me through this process. From his nurses, the doctor, the CNA's, Physical and Occupational Therapy team, Aides, Wound Care specialist, kitchen crew (he really liked the food) and every supportive member of his care team, Dad received kind, respectful, positive and attentive care. I stayed here for one month. The staff is like one big family and they made me feel like part of their family. The PT was absolutely fantastic. Everyone had a great attitude. After my stroke, got so I could walk using a walker. I will miss the people who I grew close to
