Love the R.E.S.T. stop! My kids and I love coming down and trying out the variety of shakes offered! So many yummy choices! Now I just need to try out the sauna!
Such a pleasant surprise to come across this gem of business. Enjoyed our Rhubarb Smoothie on our drive back home in Spirit Lake. We'll be back!
I personally have never been there but the people who own it and run it are wonderful people and I worked with the husband at the city of Ames they have a very unique menu and someday when I get up there I will have to stop in. I highly recommend it for a fun stop.
Great friendly staff and very accommodating! Saunas are amazing and very reasonably priced, very pleasant atmosphere, don't forget to grab a smoothie while you are there!
