The worse nursing home I have ever been in. The director is very rude. My grandma sheets hadn't been changed in 4 days. I finally was able to get a sweet girl Shelby B. to check on my grandma for me

They did not take care of my family member. She left the facility with malnutrition, dehydration, a severe UTI and bedsores. She was only there for 3 weeks. Absolutely do NOT recommend.

Wouldn't leave my dog in this place! Dirty, understaffed, no phones in rooms, cold food, left my mom in vomit gown, dirty adult diaper and 1 shower in a week! She didn't get her prescribed breathing treatments as needed. If you love your family member, don't take them here!

Clinton Healthcare & Rehab is the best one that I stayed at. Clean rooms, a very friendly staff that would help you with any thing you may want or need . An Excellent nursing home.

This place deserves no stars. My grandpa was in here and he said some CNAs were rough with him and didn't want to help him go to the bathroom. Especially a CNA name Linda. State needs to check this place out.
