Disappointed by Treatment at Clintex Research Group I recently participated in a study at Clintex Research Group and unfortunately found the experience unacceptable. From the outset, I felt treated more like a data point than a person. Below are some specific concerns: What Went Wrong: 1. Lack of Transparency I was promised a pre‑screening process that never actually occurred. I was told I had “qualified” before any proper screening, which raised serious concerns about the integrity of how participants are selected. 2. Misleading Information The initial explanation and consent form seemed to differ significantly from what they actually asked me to do later. Key details were glossed over, and I felt misled about what participation meant in practice. 3. Poor Communication & Respect The

This group study is so weird and fishy. They have you set up for a clinical trials for a vaccine. They say that you haven’t qualify yet and that next appointment will be the pre screening. Well they skipped the screening and told me that I qualify. Which is the first red flag. I read the consent form and it made more sense that they would like for everyone to do the trials bc that’s the way they get pay by the sponsors. I decided to not do it bc the way they explained it at first was totally different from what they say during the current visit. Also the consent form specify that it hasn’t been the first time that the vaccines was distributed to the people for trials which I wonder how many testing they need to see if it works. The staff are very professional and kind. Mary, Raul, Eden and Yeslin are so polite, courteous and extremely helpful. Each time I called Clinton Research via landline they are never rude and they always return my phone calls. Most importantly, when they have studies that I have signed up for, they will call to see if I am interested in their studies. Thank you Clintex Research team.

Ive haven't found anything wrong at Clintex. The staff if very professional and super nice and I recommend anyone suffering with asthma and can't get it under control to seek help at Clintex

My husband and i visited Clintex for a Covid test-The facility was super clean-The staff was amazing-we were not exposed to other patients-We did not feel our privacy was ever compromised. We will definitely recommend Clintex to our staff , family and friends.
