Clinicas Madera Health Center

We've made 4 appointment and the four appointments where canceled or changed last minute. This is seriously wrong and dangerous. My daughter has a lump in her breast and she needs fast treatment. She finally got a last min appointment and now they say she may have cancer cells.

This place is a joke. We waited 30 minutes before they called us in and then another 45 minutes inside to see the dentist. The dentist also skipped us as we were inside. The MA took so long taking x rays that I guess the dentist figured they would work on who is ready. Very very strange place...... I would absolutely not recommend!!!!!

I am so pleased and grateful for the service and care that I have received from the Clinicas staff. Especially Dr Rachel Hymes. My situation was pretty humbling. She came in with no judgement. Made me feel comfortable. She put a treatment plan in place and jumped right in and got to work. I still have a long road ahead of me but I'm comfortable knowing that she is there to get me to the end. I highly recommend Clinicas Dental no matter the situation they will get it done with your best interest in mind.

The entire staff works so hard here to get what you need asap... Somtimes referrals are quite slow some for P.T. and O.T. but that seems to be a referal department issue. The dental services are good and so is the eye department.

Nurses and nurse practitioners are great here super empathetic and helpful, even the front desk ladies are great and super helpful. On the other hand, Dr. Timothy Chen is not that great. He doesn't really listen, he tends to blow things off and comes off super uninterested in a way. I went for a follow up after being referred by an ER to get other referrals for my leg. He was extremely hesitant when it came to ordering an X-ray for me, I had also requested referrals for a neurologist to get my back and brain checked out for any sort of nerve issue, and instead he prescribed me gabapentin, ibuprofen, and vitamin D since my vitamin D level was one point below where it should have been. It seems he tends to try to cover up and milk the issue instead of actually getting down to the root of the
