Clinical Care Medical Center - Plant City

I recently visited Clinical Care as a new Patient and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Great staff, They have 2 Dr very professional and the staff was helpful . Thanks

Worst office ever! My mom has been goin here for over a year now and NO progress has been made to help her condition she has gotten worse. They call in random scripts without telling you. They NEVER do referrals or authorizations in a timely manner so expect to have to reschedule important appointments and test over and over. Then you have to get the office manager involved to get anything done. Also, if you’re not bilingual you may have issues with communication. It’s been a nightmare and I hope no one else has to see an elderly relative have to fight for proper medical care.

I have been a patient of Dr gutowski's for many years. Family practice center is extremely busy. If their rating is as bad as it says then why are they so busy and it's difficult to get in to see the doctor. They're good doctors. Dr. Gutowski, Dr. Korte, are excellent doctors. They have nurse practitioners which are very good also. The secretaries receptionist or whatever their title is are very kind as well. As I said if people think they're not good then why are they so busy all the time and packed with appointments three four months ahead?

Do not recommend this clinic .they gave me my card appointment date n time and when I show up my son don't have an appointment. 2nd my son never had an appointment again 3rd don't have an appointment and 4th my son had an appointment today aug.27 at 10:30am and tells me again his appointment was yesterday it's been 4 times already I'm gonna find my kids a better clinic never going back .

El lugar es muy pequeño y solamente cuentan con 1 doctor para atender todos los pacientes, por ende; los tiempos de espera son larguísimos aún teniendo una cita ya que enlistan varios pacientes a la misma hora. Hoy tuve que llamar temprano en la mañana para ver si podían atender a mi niño y su respuesta era de esperarse..."llévalo a urgent care " porque la doctora esta llena y no puede atender hoy. Por favor, si están dando tanta publicidad cada que uno va a aplicar para medicaid, al menos cuenten con los doctores necesarios para atender adecuadamente a sus pacientes.
