The dental staffs are amazing! Thank you Edurado for making this visit a great experience. I was really scared about the deep cleaning but he was very gentle and knowledgeable.

I had a great experience there! Dental hygienist Eduardo gave me a deep teeth cleaning. And it was amazing! He was very attentive and gentle, as well as professional. He taught me a good teeth brushing and flossing technique and shared his own practice.

I was assigned to go do my annual health screening with Dr. Tara at first we bumped heads because I felt like she was try to rush my initial visit. With it being my first appointment I thought she should take time to get on to speed on me & my medical needs. So I told her in order for of visits to be beneficial she has to be willing to listen & not cut me off & I would do the same. After that we were able to move forward. She was very thorough & she also gave me a referral for chiropractic services & I was scheduled with Dr. Hirsa he is absolutely amazing. I never leave his office disappointed unless he is out of the e-stimulation pads. His medical assistant Isaiah is also great. I highly recommend them. They all make my life a lot more comfortable

Dr Tara was very rude during my visit. I had questions regarding my vaccines needed and she would respond very rudely. It just seemed like it was a huge bother to be asked to clarify. She definitely needs some additional training. I can’t imagine that she has a problem with helping her patients understand their medical concerns. When I voiced that I felt she was being rude, she became even more defensive and rude, ruffling around the computer desk, closing the screen and saying that she doesn’t have to see me.

Very unpleasant experience here. The office is located right next to a train. They are aware of this. I arrived to my appointment 9 minutes late due to being stuck behind the train for 6 of those minutes and the other 3 parking. The grace period is 7 minutes. I called their call center to make them aware of what was going on, they still did not care! They were willing to reschedule my appointment out all over a train, which was out of my control. I had to suggest that another site had an available appointment, they didn't even offer. Would not recommend this location. And definitely do not plan to go back to this location Due to the lack of care and compassion and the willingness to inconvenience their patients. The individual assisting was kind, but still no help.
