I brought my elderly Shih Tzu, Mildred, here from California for dental extractions due to advanced periodontal disease and an infection. U.S. vets were extremely expensive, and I was VERY nervous about anesthesia since she is 13 years old, only 7 lbs and going to Tijuana for the first time and unsure of what to expect. The team was thorough and reassuring, they did extensive bloodwork, communicated clearly, and took excellent care of her. I received printed lab results, prescriptions, and detailed aftercare instructions, which I’ve honestly never gotten from my U.S. vets. The pricing was very reasonable, the staff was SO kind, and Mildred was treated with so much care. Clinic kept clear communication throughout the whole day. Very happy with the dental service of my cat. I used MexiVet express to conduct this whole appointment and they kept me updated throughout the whole day and every transaction was smooth. Little Andrew needed three extractions and a cleaning, and we were so worried about leaving him there. But the staff and the doctor were wonderful. You can tell they genuinely care about our companions. The vet took the time to explain everything clearly in English, which gave us a lot of comfort. For any Americans who might feel unsure just because this is in Mexico, there’s no need to be. They maintain high standards of care, and their prices are very reasonable. Thank you for taking such good care of Andrew. He’s back home, smiling and wagging his tail. We’ll definitely be returning.

We sent our pup here via MexiVet for a teeth cleaning and we're blown away by the service, professionalism, and trustworthiness. Our vet in San Diego quoted us something ridiculous for a teeth cleaning and told us our dog had Grade 2 dental disease. Clínica Patas Felices did their bloodwork and exam and then called us letting us know he actually had Grade 1 dental disease, was doing well, and his teeth looked great. They confirmed with an x-ray then proceeded to the cleaning. They kept in contact with us and even sent us a photo of our dog Bruiser after he was finished to let us know he was doing just fine. Truly incredible care for my senior dog I was connected with Clinica Patas Felices through MexiVet, and I am so happy with the service and care my 12-year-old dog received. The team was incredibly kind, patient, and communicative. They answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable even though I was so scared to leave my baby with strangers.
