The receptionist/medical assistant Andrea was supper nice, she was carrying and welcoming. Andrea made feel very comfortable and safe since I needed to get a shot. Thank you for what you do and keep up the good work 👍

For the most part I received the care I needed for what I had however I will say that they don’t really bother explaining to you what you have or other alternatives. They love to prescribe injections for everything you might have which is annoying considering most of the time you get nurses who don’t know how to give injections. Another thing they don’t willingly offer sick slips they act as if it’s the most tedious thing to do. I was out for five days with pneumonia and when I reached out to get a sick slips they would only give me the days in which I got injections not the other two days I was out due to fever caused by the injections. They never answer the phone and when they do it’s a rushed conversation. If it’s needed or the closest Urgent care near you then it’s fine it’ll cost a lo

Stay away from this place! took my husband in because of swelling to his face and the doctor was charging $600 for four shots. Doctor didn't even run any tests. We did not proceed, way too much for people with no job, they will take advantage. We ended up going to Hospital and everything was taken care of.

They love to take advantage of people. If you are low income even better, why? Cause they’ll lie and lie and you’ll be scared and will be urge to get better and when you less expected they have taken $500 and more to come. The so called Medical Assistants are useless and should go back for more training. It’s just ghetto. Plain ghetto.

I understand this so call Clinic is providing a service to the uninsured community, I get all that. But why get upset when a patient ask for copy of Their prescription to buy them at another place. Usually you would get a low cost prescription at another place. I doubt i will ever come back to this place
